Frequently asked questions

I’m having a small wedding, what is the minimum number of invitations I can order?

We don’t have a minimum quantity however, we have a minimum spend of £200 to cover all costs with admin, printing and production.

How long will my save the dates and invitations take to be created?

For save the dates and invitations we require 3-6 weeks for semi-bespoke and 6-8 weeks for bespoke solutions. For on the day stationery, we require 6-8 weeks. All timeframes are dependent on the client’s correspondence and individual stationery requirements.

What special finishes do you offer?

We offer in-house gold leaf, hot-pressed foiling in a range of colours, embossing and debossing, and we outsource digitally printed foil. We also offer a range of gorgeous handmade paper and envelopes, enquire for more details.

What if I like the semi bespoke range but want some colour changes to match my wedding colour scheme?
All designs in our existing semi-bespoke collections can be altered to perfectly suit your vision. You can use our semi-bespoke range as a starting point, add additional luxury finishes and make it more bespoke to you. All text can also be changed to your desired wording.
I want something bespoke that is not listed on your website. Can you help?
We would love to hear what you have in mind. Make sure to get in touch, as we’re sure that we can work together to create your wedding vision. In the meantime, take a look at our fully bespoke page for more information.
What if I have a tight time frame?

We will try our best to work with your timeframe and fulfil all orders. Extremely short notice orders need to be agreed on before any work begins, and will incur an additional rush order fee. However, any delays in correspondence from clients will delay the overall turnaround time, which may result in delayed delivery.

How many changes can I make to my stationery design?
We want you to be completely happy with your stationery and love it as much as we do. With all our stationery packages, we include a maximum of 2 formal design updates/changes. Any additional reviews beyond this are up to our discretion and can incur additional fees and will be chargeable. We strongly advise our couples to take time out and go through your designs carefully so we can make any changes needed to make your stationery perfect.
How long will my invitations take to be delivered?

We usually say account for 2-3 weeks for printing and delivery. This allows time to account for any delays, mistakes or reprints if needed. For added luxury finishes such as embossing, hot pressed foiling etc allow 3 weeks minimum.

When do I need to decide on my on the day stationery?

Once you receive your invitations, we can move on to your on the day stationery as soon as you’re ready. Depending on your individual wedding dates, we can agree on an optimal time to suit you. For any on the day stationery, we require a minimum of 6-8 weeks. All timeframes are dependent on the client’s correspondence and individual stationery requirements.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to proceed with any design work. The remaining balance will be paid upon approval of your final proof before the work is sent off to print.

If i'm only inviting someone to the reception do I have to send them a save the date?

When choosing your stationery, think about who you’re inviting to the ceremony and who you’re inviting to the reception. It could be awkward if you send your guest’s a “save the date” and they take the day off work, only to realise they’re actually invited to the reception and not the ceremony. Consider sending a more casual “Save the Evening” card instead. Enquire for more details.

What if I can’t decide what paper I want to use?
We offer bespoke paper and invitation samples for you to see and feel the paper and stationery in real life. The samples are available under the samples tab on our website. Purchase a sample pack request and we’ll be in contact to discuss what you are interested in to send you a personalised bespoke pack.
Can I get foil on both sides of my invitations?

We normally recommend foil to be an accent feature. However, if you wish to have foil on both sides of your invitation then the foil will need to be bespoke hot foil, as digital foil can only be printed on one side of the design. Please note that printed foil can only be printed on silk-coated paper with a velvet feel.

What if I don't want a traditional RSVP card?

We offer a free RSVP website for your guests to RSVP. You will get a personalised URL and you will receive an email with your guest’s dietary requirements once they RSVP. We offer both traditional RSVP cards and the website so the choice is yours.

What if I want a digital only invitation?

We offer digital invitations. Any of our designs can be sold as smaller/low resolution digital files that can be sent out to your guests. This is a great way of keeping costs down by saving on printing and stamps. However, these designs are digital-only and will not be permitted to be printed by clients.

How will I know my invitation is correct before it’s sent off to print?

We will always send a PDF proof to be signed off before we send the designs off to print. Until these are approved by the client, all printing will be on hold.

How much does delivery cost?
The cost of delivery is already included in our product prices. We also provide you with a fully tracked delivery service, so you can conveniently keep an eye on your package every step of the way.
What is your returns and cancelation policy?

As all the stationery created is personalised, all printed items are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns due to any errors, it is your responsibility to ensure the wording and spelling on all your stationery is correct before going to print.

Remember you will always get a final proof to sign off before anything is sent to print so you are always in control.

Can my wedding planner be your point of contact?

We are happy to work directly with wedding planners however to keep information clear we will only work with the same client from the beginning of the project to the end. If you decide to continue the project yourself halfway through, you will incur a ‘change of contact fee’ of £50 for us to continue working.
