How we work

We want to make your wedding stationery journey as enjoyable an experience as possible. The simple steps below show how we work and what you can expect when you choose to work with us.

Step 1: Contact us

To create your dream luxury wedding stationery, our process begins with the first step: a conversation. We want to get to know you better as a couple, and understand your requirements. Tell your vision for your wedding, the more detail the better!

We’ll schedule a phone consultation that is convenient for you. The initial  consultation is a super important step where we get to discuss your vision in as much detail as possible, your preferences, inspiration, including additional extras from our range of in-house luxury finishes that will help to elevate your wedding stationery.

Step 2: Proposal

After our consultation, we’ll use our expertise to create a detailed personalised design proposal.  Here, we will outline the discussed details, handpicked paper choices, special finishes and extras, ensuring we’re all on the same page.

We are completely transparent so you know what to expect when you work with us. To help ease the process for you, we even provide our guides and templates to help you easily provide us with your information.

Step 3: Design options

Our favourite part… We start designing and bring your vision to life. We’ll present you with design options, allowing you to make any desired changes or refinements. We will always advise you and guide you along they way.

We provide a maximum of two design rounds with every stationery package, additional rounds will be chargeable. We want you to be super happy with your stationery, so we strongly advise couples to go through everything in detail and send us any feedback you would like at this stage.

Step 4: Proof

Once you’re satisfied with the designs, we’ll provide you with a final PDF proof for your approval. You get the final say! This is a crucial step, as it is your final opportunity to ensure that every detail meets your expectations.

It’s really important for you to go through all of your wording, spelling and text etc. We do not proofread invitations so please check all is correct before you give us the thumbs up to send to print.

Step 5: Print and production

After receiving your approval, we initiate our second favourite step: printing and production. We love this stage! We finalise all of your stationery and ensure our strong quality control throughout the process with our in-house finishes.

Once your beautiful wedding stationery is complete, we carefully package up and post it to you. This precious cargo deserves the best, so we always send tracked and signed-for delivery.
