I’m having a small wedding, what is the minimum order for invitations?

The minimum quantity for wedding invitations is 50 invitations. This is due to the printing cost, as with economies of scale, the smaller the print run the more expensive the invitations will be. Keeping the minimum at 50 keeps our products cost-effective, for us and our clients.

What if I have a tight time frame?

We will try our best to work with your timeframe and fulfil all orders. Extremely short notice orders need to be agreed on before any work begins, and will incur an additional rush order fee. However, any delays in correspondence from clients will delay the overall turnaround time, which may result in delayed delivery.

I have a tight budget, what can I do?

We pride ourselves on creating a package to suit every couple. We will work closely with you to come up with an invitation and stationery package that will suit your taste and budget. We’re confident we can create a wedding stationery package that you’ll love!

Do I have to pay a deposit?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to proceed with design work. The remaining balance will be paid upon approval of your final proof, before work is sent off to print.

What if I like the semi bespoke range but want some colour changes to match my wedding colour scheme?

All designs in the existing semi-bespoke collection can be altered with small changes to suit your preferred colour scheme. All text can also be changed to your desired wording. However, if you would like to make any larger design changes beyond this, there will be a small design fee added, in proportion to the amount of added design work required.

I want something bespoke that is not listed on your website. Can you help?

Can I get foil on both sides of my invitations?

We normally recommend foil to be an accent feature. However, if you wish to have foil on both sides of your invitation then the foil will need to be pressed foil, as digital foil can only be printed on one side of the design. Please note that printed foil can only be printed on silk coated paper with a velvet feel.

How will I know my invitation is correct before it’s sent off to print?

We will always send a PDF proof to be signed off before we send the designs off to print. Until these are approved by the client, all printing will be on hold.

What if to save money I want a digital invitation?

We offer digital invitations. Any of our designs can be sold and smaller digital files that can be sent out to your guests. This is a great way of keeping costs down by saving on printing and stamps. However, these designs are digital-only and will not be permitted to be printed by clients.

How much is delivery?

Delivery for all invitations and stationery is calculated on a weight basis, and so will be dependent on the number of invitations and stationery. This will be added on to the final cost.

How long will my invitations take to be delivered?

We usually recommend that take into account about two to three weeks for printing and delivery. We like to play it safe, and this allows time for any delays or reprints needed.

When do I need to decide on my stationery designs?

Once you receive your invitations, we can move on to your stationery as soon as you’re ready. Depending on your individual wedding dates, we can agree on an optimal time to suit you.

What is your returns and cancelation policy?

As all the stationery created is personalised, all printed items are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns due to any errors, it is your responsibility to ensure the wording and spellings on all your stationery is correct. Remember you will always get a final print proof to sign off before anything is sent to print so you are always in control.
